There is a particular group of muscles that you want to strengthen if you wish to last longer in bed and these are the pelvic floor muscles, or more specifically, the pubococcygeus muscle.

There are a couple of exercises that you can to start strengthening them, but one that provides the best results is the Kegel exercise.

I know, you might have heard about it from your wife as it does wonders for women who have just given birth, but they are actually quite beneficial for men as well.

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles will help people who suffer from premature ejaculation to be able to have more control of their ejaculatory reflexes.

That is because the PC muscle is responsible for controlling urination, as well as the flow of semen in the penis. Therefore, strengthening the muscles makes a lot of sense in helping you last longer in bed.
